Google is your friend, bruh. There's dozens and dozens of videos out there of people getting absolutely wrecked by everything from crocodiles and lions to bears and sharks. You just have to look for them.

The one that came to mind when I made the post was of an Indian farmer being obliterated by a sloth bear though, if that helps.

This has nothing to do with the story reported in OP's post. It's just an article that recounts the fact that Jackson settled out of court during his 1993 abuse scandal.

Jackson again went on trial for the same crimes with a new victim in 2003 and was found not guilty.

Not that settling the '93 case out of court nor acquittal of the '03 case in court has any bearing on whether he was guilty or not. Just mentioning it for the sake of any continuing conversation in the thread that would be quick to bring up either case to suit their argument.

Neither of them mean **** one way or the other, really. Because the result of each case could be used to cancel out the other depending on which side of the argument you stand on.

Also, on topic : Now that more reputable sites are reporting on it (thanks to Archer for the Vanity Fair link) I plan on following this a bit more closely as more details emerge over the coming days.

It's also worth nothing that the police department has responded to these reports with an official statement, per Vanity Fair...

Update (June 21, 10:10 A.M.): A representative from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department gave Vanity Fair the following statement regarding the documents:

Some of the documents appear to be copies of reports that were authored by Sheriff’s Office personnel as well as evidentiary photographs taken by Sheriff’s Office personnel interspersed with content that appears to be obtained off the Internet or through unknown sources. The Sheriff’s Office did not release any of the documents and/or photographs to the media. The Sheriff’s Office released all of its reports and the photographs as part of the required discovery process to the prosecution and the defense.

So, basically - Some of it is legitimate and other parts are being confirmed by the police department as being completely fabricated.

Hopefully we can get a further breakdown on which bits are real and which bits are dumb stuff from the internet. (Spoiler alert : Probably the animal sacrifice nonsense.)
