i just hope that Episode 8 won't be the retelling of Empire...it's getting annoyingly predictable

new plots, new twists please...Rian Johnson better be good, and i know he's more character driven storyteller than JJ..look at Ozymandias, the greatest Breaking Bad episode

Empire was already in TFA. episode 7 basically is a mashup of a new hope and empire

i think it will be something entirely new that will develop the new characters

Why would anyone want to see Hayden Chistensen again????? Lol Easily one of the worst actors in star wars.

Obviously it's going to heavily feature Luke training Rey. I just hope we get a solid backstory on their relationship, how and why Kylo Ren betrayed Luke, and who Snoke really is.

Perhaps Kylo Ren turned and killed Luke's other jedi trainee's and killed Luke's wife, who he had Rey with, and that's why he hid Rey when she was a little girl. Kylo Ren definitely knows who Rey is, because when they said Finn and BB-8 had help from a girl, he says "A Girl??"....kinda like he knows of this girl. I think he definitely knows or has a feeling of who she is.

That and Ren seeing in Rey's mind an Island and ocean(She finds Luke in an island at the end of the movie) basically confirm she's Luke's daughter or was a young Jedi apprentice under Luke before the massacre. I'm going with Daughter.

That would've been cool if......Idk.....Han or Leia acted like they had a daughter at all during Ep 7. They legit had no idea who Rey was, but they knew all about their son. If she was their daughter, you'd think they'd know of her or something.

Just seemed like he has a feeling or knows who she really is or may be. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he did. I thought you meant I'm reaching with Luke having a wife, who he had Rey with, and that Kylo killed her, and that's why Luke his hid Rey.

Episode 7 was a lot like a new hope, Will episode 8 be a lot like The Empire Strikes Back.
