'visually stunning' is really subjective. Seems lots of people here confuse it with cool visual effects.

But as far as getting stoned and being hypnotised by just the way a film looks...

      2001: A Space Odyssey
      Kill Bill 2
      Raging Bull
      Fight Club
      Young Frankenstein
      The Thing
      No Country for Old Men
      Enter the Void
      Birdman
      Persona
      Lost Highway
      Natural Born Killers
      Antichrist
      The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
      Eraserhead
      Taxidermia
      The holy mountain

Anything on a 4k ultra TV is great.
That's funny because you can't watch Dawn of the planet of the apes in 4k. There's no available format that displays Dawn in native 2160p resolution, so even if you play it on a 4k tv, it looks identical as when you play it on a 1080p or a 1440p, which is the max resolution for that movie.

If you are not joking, that is messed up to mention that movie, for any category. Like even if he said best movies involving real rappers, still sucks.
