Dan Patrick reported this on his radio show this afternoon. What he said is congress (Jim Bunning) is putting alot of pressure on Selig to suspend not ban but suspend Bonds from playing baseball for life. This is such a joke it's almost laughable.

thats what i keep telling everyone dude, what it boils down to is one day Barry Bonds looked in the mirror and said to himself

"Its not good enough to be great, i have to be the greatest and im going to cheat to do it"

i really dont think he ever though it would go as far as it did but everyone knows these things and the success they bring can be addicting.

im sorry about you bet but the powers that be do not want to see Bonds break that record, along with pretty much 99 percent of baseball fans. id say his prospects are ****ty.

This is just a smear campaign. They cant touch Bonds without proof, hear say means nothing.

thats not true. the commissioner of baseball has powers the would allow him to suspend or ban Bonds "in the best interest of baseball"

i also think the point here is that there is plenty of proof.

if youre saying he never tested positive yes thats true but i think it has gotten to the point where thats not good enough anymore and people know he was cheating they dont care that he wasnt caught with a needle in his ass.

people also know now that he did these things knowingly and thereby lied to a federal grand jury.

Even in prison Victor Conte (BALCO) still denies providing Bonds with steriods or human groth. He has always said he only dealt with Olympic athletes and some NFL athletes. (Bill Romonowski.)
