I actually agree with him. I mean, what did you expect to happen after taking Saddam out. Of coarse there is gonna be a vacuum. A power struggle between a bunch of crazy mother ****ers. This is all they know, it's what's been going on for years.

At least Saddam held control of the region. Be it by fear or by love. (You can control more people through fear than by love BTW) but he had control. The other problem nowadays is that **** is broadcasted more freely these days through social media. It's gonna take 20 plus years to un**** that whole region. Saw the video. Holy shit. Was really creepy seeing him walking along surrounded by masked gun men. Then being stuck in that cage watching the flames get closer must have been terrifying. He took it as well as anyone could, tough too watch. He lasted about 20 - 30 secs, longer than I thought it would take. Pain must have been horrific. Then they dumped rubble all over him. Think it was meant to be symbolic of the bombings, a charred body underneath rubble.

I would be so happy to hear that troops were going in on the ground. We as a world need to put a joint force in there to fuck this scum up. Disgusting.

Yep they did. And yes indeed they will. We've become desensitized to the beheadings.

Now the problem with sending 15K in and getting the job done, is when they hide among the civilian population, and the civies don't give them up due to fear, or sympathy. Then casualties of war(civilians caught in the crossfire due to straddling the fence or due to the enemy hiding behind them)start to mount, and the bleeding hearts start to sing then scream.

We can get it done rather quickly if you ask me. But some non-combatants will become casualties in the process due to the nature of the enemies tactics.
