I love that Stone Roses album but I dont know that Id put it at #1. OK Computer should definitely be higher and I would have picked Meat is Murder for The Smiths and put that in top 10.

Forgot about Suede - Introducing The Band

              9. Blue Lines, Massive Attack
              10. Metal Box, PiL
              11. The Rise & Fall Of Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars, David Bowie
              12. Beggars Banquet, Rolling Stones
              13. The Clash, The Clash
              14. Never Mind The Bollocks, The *** Pistols
              15. Club Classics Vol 1, Soul II Soul
              16. Five Leaves Left, Nick Drake
              17. The Specials, The Specials

              23. For Your Pleasure, Roxy Music
              24. OK Computer, Radiohead
              25. Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, Pink Floyd

What are your thoughts? I'd like to see the following in there:

Another Green World - Brian Eno
Animals & Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
              Different Class - Pulp
              Kid A - Radiohead
Underwater Moonlight - The Soft Boys
The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway maybe?

Anyway, I'm pleased they found room for Low, Station to Station, For Your Pleasure and Heaven or Las Vegas
Strange to see a list of British albums with no King Crimson. Also, do you folks really consider the Irish (My Bloody Valentine) to be British? Probably just my ignorance, but I was just surprised to see that inclusion.

It's an okay list but fairly standard fare, and The Stone Roses being #1 is baffling to me.

I'd have Professor Green's Alive Till I'm Dead somewhere in the top one but apart from that it's not too shabby.

"Definitely Maybe" is top ten if not top five. Nick Drake was wonderful, but having him that high is comical and "Pink Moon" is a far far better record than "Five Leaves"

Also, having "Piper at the Gates" above all other Pink Floyd records is embarrassingly hipster.

It's a much better record. The other big Floyd records are comparatively boring and ordinary. I'll take less polish and consistency over overly-polished dullness any day.

Just the other day I listened to Piper in mono cranked to 11. Kicked like a mule. DSOTM directly afterwards felt tame.
