16. Five Leaves Left, Nick Drake
17. The Specials, The Specials
18. Closer, Joy Division
19. Definitely Maybe, Oasis
20. Loveless, My Bloody Valentine
21. The Smiths, The Smiths
22. Hounds Of Love, Kate Bush
23. For Your Pleasure, Roxy Music
24. OK Computer, Radiohead
25. Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, Pink Floyd
What are your thoughts? I'd like to see the following in there:
Another Green World - Brian Eno
Animals & Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
Different Class - Pulp
Kid A - Radiohead
Underwater Moonlight - The Soft Boys
The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway maybe?
Anyway, I'm pleased they found room for Low, Station to Station, For Your Pleasure and Heaven or Las Vegas
It's an okay list but fairly standard fare, and The Stone Roses being #1 is baffling to me.

I'd have Professor Green's Alive Till I'm Dead somewhere in the top one but apart from that it's not too shabby.

"Definitely Maybe" is top ten if not top five. Nick Drake was wonderful, but having him that high is comical and "Pink Moon" is a far far better record than "Five Leaves"
Also, having "Piper at the Gates" above all other Pink Floyd records is embarrassingly hipster.

Just the other day I listened to Piper in mono cranked to 11. Kicked like a mule. DSOTM directly afterwards felt tame.Last edited by samouraļ; 01-09-2015, 04:55 PM.
