I never even touched cigarettes until I was about 19 at Camp Lejune go figure.

Even when I smoked my best 3 mile time was 18:27 how the hell does that happen?

Honestly I have and it's good. I had one of those hookah pens.

To be honest it's easy for me to quit, sounds weird I know since I started again. I'll have a craving for about a day when I go cold turkey, but after that i'm good.


I usually start again when I'm at a bar or something, social smoking gets me going again.

For me it was drinking. I just had to have a cigarette when I was drinking. The only time I had really bad cravings when I quit was if I was out drinking.

But quitting is one of the best things you can do for your health. That and wearing a condom!
