Ever Catch Yourself Laughing at Serious Issues?

Never meaning to behave in an insensitive fashion? Like taking a step back.....and realizing how absolutely pointless it can be to get worked up over something you can't control?

How if we as Humans need to laugh more because you've already seen enough atrocity so far?

Or if you realize the train rolls on, the band keeps marching and outside of you committing a heinous act, you really aren't held responsible for speaking your mind or making off color remarks?

    I do, sometimes.

    Then again, I'm American.

I know that I'd be executed in many Countries for things I've said/done. And that makes me laugh even harder.

i do it all the time.

don't remember what the last inappropriate laugh i had was, could have been at the 'she's so brave' comments i read on facebook about that hot dirty-blond that took her own life in oregon yesterday but i definitely did laugh at the brit who went to go help those syrian kids out and went balls out and got beheaded for his efforts.

Humor and friendship itself, really saves my life.

If I feel a relapse or horrid behavioral streak about to ensue...I learned to focus on those two most important things now.

I think it helps us to cope with the horrors of the world, doesn't it?

Here's one though: when you see a female murder victim in the papers, is your first thought always "I probably would have done her"? Maybe even "I probably would have done her when she was dead, but still warm?"

              Just me?

I gotta be real... when I read a headline like "man cuts up his wife and kids with an axe, eats the remains", my first thought is something like ROFL, you know what I mean?
