    Iraq - A history!

Before the Iraq war there wasn't a single ****** on ****** death in the entire history of the Middle East. People just got along there. Sure you'd have the odd squabble at the local farmers market over who saw the ripest orange first, but all in all, it was a quiet place where people just got along. The only time people died was due to old age or the odd geothermal release of poisonous gases in regional Kurdish villages. Saddam's environmental agency can attest to that.

Then comes Mr U.S.A and messes up the whole peace thing the ******s had going on over there. Apparently a couple of important towers were destroyed by people claiming to be Islamic *********s. Thousands died, a nation was in shock, and they went looking for someone to blame. Namely the organisation who orchestrated the entire event. So America did what any self-respecting nation would do and defended its interests and security by securing huge oil reserves and removing a local despot from power. Everybody wins, or did they?

Saddam and his peaceful followers were quickly stripped of power in Iraq and for a while the people of Iraq rejoiced. Freedom they shouted. However, the militant groups were not so happy. They wanted the old Iraq back. The quaint quiet one, with farmers markets and accidental geothermal poisoning. These groups, many in number, all with differing aims, waged a decade long war against the U.S.A and pleaded with them to leave so things could go back to the way they were. Eventually, the U.S.A grew tired of war and sent most of its troops back home, happy that the Iraqi army could deal with things from then on.

But the militant groups still weren't happy and opposed the evil ********ic system of government the U.S.A had implemented in Iraq as a way of ensuring all of its citizens had a peaceful and effective way of communicating their wishes to government and making sure their needs were met. The ******** weren't happy either because the U.S.A had kicked up the dust in Iraq and accidentally killed people the extremists would have killed on purpose. "That's not fair" the ******** said, "only ******s should kill ******s" they argued.

So that's what they did. ******s began killing ******s unlike any stage of history in the Islamic world except for the bit before, and during the American invasion. And it was all the U.S.A's fault. According to fact, the U.S.A secretly invented the Quran in the 1930's in a covert C.I.A operation named - 'F**k Yeah'. The Quran was detonated over downtown Baghdad in 2013 (as shown in the blurry Youtube conspiracy video posted below) and it has infected the minds of all ******s since. They went nuts. A group named ISIS (ISLAMIC SOCIETY FOR INTEGRATION AND SECULARISM) were forced to take matters into their own hands and quell the infighting that threatened to take Iraq back to the dark days of polling booths and occasional friendly fire.

ISIS are now deep in battle with those who seek to destroy Iraq, such as the small population of evil Iraqi Christians, some mountain peoples, and photographers. One thing we can take from this however, is that Iraq and the wider Middle Eastern vicinity was doing just dandy before America came along and messed things up with their Bush and *****. If you're looking for anyone to blame, and you're swayed by ******* bias, blame the U.S.A!!!

It's not that Iraq wasn't a disaster before US involvement. It's that anyone could see US involvement was unsustainable. They would have to permanently colonize it for any of their efforts to matter.

It was part of the new PC brand of warfare where you cut off the head, blame everything on that guy and his henchmen, then leave a few years later without really changing anything.

The same conditions that installed Saddam never changed and the power vacuum left by *****'s politically motivated pullout was worse than anyone imagined.

One of the inherent flaws of a US-style democracy is that it's impossible for such a long-term plan to be carried out. The public gets impatient, a new administration is elected and rolls the game back to level 1.

A large part of my family are from Iraq and they don't hate the US for overthrowing Saddam, it's more like being perplexed (like everyone else) at what the point of doing half the job then leaving the country to be run by pirates and cannibals was. That was a lot of bloodshed and money for nothing.

This part isn't accurate OP. The Government the US installed in Iraq was ultimately sectarian and discriminatory.

Bush was controlling the rogue Prime Minister Maliki but ***** didn't want to know and given a free reign Maliki went full ****** discriminating against the Sunnis. From there ISIS rose up in Iraq.

Iraq needs to get a proper Government in place that ensures equality and fairness for all.

ISIS exist in Syria, where there was no US invasion. The main goal of ISIS is to re-establish the caliphate. If they were to achieve that goal, you think they'd stop there? No, worldwide domination is their ultimate goal. But it's all cuz of the US invasion of Iraq doe.

I dealt with your nonsense on this in a couple other threads. You wanna do it again?

This is just another example of Islamic extremism that most of the world is having to deal with. Islam is the roots of it. Nothing else but Islam. Stop trying to shift the blame. Boko Haram is just the Nigerian version of ISIS. Tell me all about the US invasion of Nigeria...

These attacks used chemical weapons sold by uncle sam, which was friendly with Saddam at the time.

No connection between Iraq and 9/11, no weapons of mass destruction. America did pursue its interests by securing the oil reserves, but the war wasn't about security or democracy.

The fact that you think U.S. involvement in Iraq started with Bush is pretty hilarious.
