Can you go a single thread that mentions Nirvana without becoming an emotional f*ggot who feels the need to make fun of a man who killed himself to feel better about yourself? You literally post this picture every time somebody mentions them.

Normally we get along just fine but anytime somebody mentions Nirvana you become some half-assed music critic with a chip on your shoulder because they ended the popularity of your beloved glam metal gayness.

Glam metal? Bowie isn't metal and the Who were neither glam nor metal. Unless you're under the impression that anything written before 1990 was glam metal and I know for a fact that you don't think that.

You can hide behind ATGs like Bowie and 'The Who' all you want but those of us who have been here longer than a year or two will vividly remember all the gay albums you used to put as your avatar and in your sig back in the day.

Furthermore, your taste in Bowie is substandard from what I've seen. You tend to like his worst songs, but that's all irrelevant to the point I'm making.

Why do you constantly feel the need to post that same ****** 'Guitar Hero' photoshop (or refer to Cobain as "******* mouthwash") anytime anybody here expresses an interest in or an appreciation of Nirvana? Are you that sad that you need to make yourself feel better by attention-whoring off of the back of the corpse of a man who was so depressed and addicted that he ended up killing himself?

Or is it just a trivial matter of taste? That because you don't like them that means that nobody else should either?

Funny, but neither Priest nor Meatloaf are "glam metal" neither is Iron Maiden (a group which I've also posted in the past). Meatloaf isn't even metal ffs. So please, point out the glam metal bands I like but at least have the courtesy to make sure they actually ARE glam metal.

I would get burned out on anything I chose in short order. The lesson I learned when I was younger is to listen to music you really like sparingly, or else you'll stop liking it. Rotate between bands and genres heavily.

That's why I don't hesitate to pick Tool for this. I listen to them constantly and never tire of it. Even if you get sick of a specific sound, you can switch to others that sound a lot different.
