The outcome in wrestling is pre-determined so Lesnar couldn't tap out just to end a match the way he did in the UFC. The comparison doesn't even make sense unless you're a complete idiot.

these guys take a brutal pounding in training and in their matches. it's a very competitive, brutal business.

their knees, hips, backs, and heads take an absolute pounding. they're also on the road for most of the year. addiction to painkillers is common.

the average man couldn't make it through a single match without getting hurt or injured. he'd say "F#ck this," and go home.
Yeah, people honestly do not know what it takes to be a professional wrestler.

When I was in elementary right after Eddie Guerrero died(R.I.P.) I read biographies of Eddie Guerrero, Shawn Michaels, and Mick Foley..

The stories really tell the tale, all these people calling WWE fake(it is to a large extent) wouldn't even be able to perform half the sh.it Foley did during his peak nor would they even be able to spot the blades they used/then quickly ditched to create the cuts on their face.

People think, "wow, all he's doing it taking a blade to his forehead, and the blood comes out, so!?"

What!? Take a blade to your head and cut yourself! See how that feels.

And yeah, no sane man is doing what Mick Foley does in the ring.

I was under the impression that the only reason 40-60 years old could still "wrestle" in pro wrestling is because other than freak accidents that are not part of the script, wrestling is pretty easy on the body. I mean it looks like they are just having fun in there, other than injuries and accidents that were not supposed to happen. Like an actor getting hurt on set of filming a scene.
