This isn't a race thing faggot, this is a class thing. If this was a well dressed innocent looking black boy, Indian boy or Latin boy with rich parents they'd probably do the same thing. This is texas boi. We all know the system is messed up, and this is what happens when you're dealing with a judge who is easily manipulated.

Kid should do atleast a year and a half, three thousand plus hours of community service, and must attend drug and alcohol counseling and volunteer in courses to inform teens about the dangers of alcohol. All paid for by the parents.

Parents are going to get fucked financially anyway.

Every other other year an organization comes to schools and they create a presentation/short movie with students to show the consequences of drunk driving and accidentally killing people through it.

The drunk drivers always end up locked up, ah well.. this is America, not A Miracle.
