Hard to say because we don't know what happened prior to when the filming started. The bikers were wrong though for stopping the SUV and dragging him out of his car and beating him.

What I want to know is, is it legal to run over and murder multiple people in self defense.

If that was me and I knew they weren't going to stop, I would have just been nonstop side ramming them until either I crashed or they gave up.

Well it depends on whether or not you feel your life is in danger. The problem is, we can't give a good opinion of this because we didn't see why they wanted to stop him.

According to the motorcycle club, he was being reckless. So it's just hear say.

Apparently it started when the biker got in front of the SUV and break checked him causing the Suv to accidently bump into the motorcycle which happens at the :26 mark. When they all stopped the bikers tried to confront the guy and get him out of the SUV. The SUV driver fearing for himself, his wife and his baby, decided to floor it. And thats when the pursuit happens. Apparently only one biker was seriously hurt, which he is now paralyzed. The SUV driver is not being criminally charged because it was self defense.

Also, there are videos of the bikers prior to this footage where they are running red lights, popping wheelies in traffic and just acting reckless, so the authorities are siding with the SUV driver.

the gentleman accidentally hit a biker then freaked out when the ran after his car and took off running over another biker

he was chased by all of them until he got caught in traffic where most the bikers hit his car and I beleive him too in front of his family, the video shows the rest

See, this is exactly what I mean by misinformation. That's NOT how it started, something transpired BEFORE that took place. According to the cyclists, he hit one of them and was being reckless.

So they got mad and tried to stop him. Now I'm not defending them, I'm just saying they didn't try and stop him for no reason, something happened prior to that. Also, he hit one and broke his leg, then he got stopped and ran another guy over who is/was in serious condition and may never walk again.

Deadly force can only be used when you think your life is in danger but of course because of the way the media has shown this, including calling them a "gang" the SUV driver might not face any charges.

I'm pretty sure I would consider being chased and hunted down constituting as a life danger. Moreso during the part where they proceed to break my windows in.

Really? So if you hit my car and I follow you until you come to a stop because I want to report you to the police, you are justified in shooting me because you feel you are in danger?

That is a giant leap of logic to suggest that.
