    [PLEASE HELP] Can someone sue me if they get hurt from working out in my garage?

    Me and some friends are training for a tough mudder so we get together and do a boot camp style workout in my driveway/garage. Can I get sued if someone gets hurt?

    i don't think so , but i would put more weight on the bench bar. a big guy like yourself should be lifting more.

          Why even think of joining tough mudder when one would just get injured in a garage boot camp? it only means one's not fit for it and you got nothing to worry about.

            Yes, they can sue you. They were injured on your property.

                    And yes Trigg they can sue you if they get hurt on your property. Even if they trip over a garden Hose.
