One of my friends started his own website selling trendy clothes. He got alot of celebrity clients to start buying and the company is blowing up.

No, but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of my university course-mates go on to make around $1 million a year. A good portion of them went into investment banking, so that kind of money is not uncommon to make if you work your nutz to the ground.

i know a few guys who play in the NHL, but you wouldn't know their names if you weren't a fan of their teams, as they are role players. i also know a fringe level NFL player, and actually beat him up in grade school. i was a bad man.


rich?

most of my friends do well for themselves, nobody has made a dumb amount of money independently that i know personally. i'd say the median income of my peers is 50K plus, and a few pull six figs.




my father doesn't take men who haven't made an independent fortune seriously.

My uncles only 8 years older than me and he's a millionaire. He graduated from spring mountain youth detention center with a ged. Anyways started a plumbing business then got into trading. Hes rich. By my standards anyways.
