Pistachio. No cone, a lil melted and about 3 good scoops. After 30 though for some reason I get all gassy after I have dairy so I dont eat Ice Cream that often.

We used to get this ice cream called Cassatta in India and we used to love them as kids..
It's different flavors ice creams layered in on a cake with nuts..

I think that's a point of great debate. Different people will say it depends on the artificial sweetener used. Some say you'd have to drink more diet soda than any sane person would for it to cause cancer.

I think being overweight and eating a lot of sugar is a bigger worry than drinking diet soda and keeping a healthy weight.
