    [PLEASE HELP] How good is your diet?



    Did this test, I got 44 points which is apparently not terrible but not great by an stretch.

    just scored a 46 , im eating a well balanced diet but could do better.

      Says i gotta try to bump up my fruit ands vegetable intake, and reduce my intake of fat, particularly saturated fat in foods like full-fat dairy products and fatty meats.........haha fcuk that

        I rarely eat fruit or vegetables (put 0-1 times per day) and honestly I feel fine, I think they are over-rated.

            honestly, with the right genetics, you can eat whatever you want in your youth.


            when you hit your mid 20's that will change dramatically.

              I eat a good amount of fruit but no veggies, and i fell perfect. Thing is most people your age or mine do the same and fell perfectly fine. Its the latter years when it starts catching up to you

                43, my weakness is sweets and cheese.

                I eat pretty healthy though, I do have a cheat day on Sunday.

                I was reading about fasting, there's been some amazing research done on it and I think I'm going to do it regularly.

                    Intermittent fasting? Yeah, I've read some pretty neat stuff on that as well. I was doing it for a couple of weeks.
