I saw an article on Yahoo about a white guy bowing out from playing an Asian character in the next Hellboy movie.

I'm on board with this which is why I objected to Michael Clark Duncan playing Kingpin(always white in the comics), Samuel L. Jackson playing Nick Fury(again, ALWAYS WHITE in the comics) and Jaime Foxx playing Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2(again, always white in the comics). It's really ****** when they do this. Of course, the consolation is that Daredevil, The Avengers and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 all ******. Haha.

You know, I'm probably going to be in the minority on this one, but I was pretty disappointed by Wolf of Wall Street.

It felt like 90% of the movie was DiCaprio and his homeys just snorting coke and partying. And it was a f**king three hour film.

Yeah i agree. Its a good film but not great. I prefer The Big Short

I don't like it when they have blacks play white historic people (Oenomaus in Spartacus).

And white characters in Shakespeare's time-honored plays Hamlet and MacBeth should be white (they are often not nowadays). The Moor in Shakespeare's Othello should be played by an Arabic, a Moroccan or a Berber, not a black nor a white person). Also white religious figures (Heimdall in Norse mythology) should remain white.

By the same token, they should have blacks play Malcolm X, Shaka Zulu and Martin Luther King.

I don't mind changing superheroes or other comic book heroes from white to black (Nick Fury, The Human Torch, etc). They are just imaginary people anyway.

Another movie with DiCaprio that's overrated is The Revenant.

I liked The Revenant but I thought Tom Hardy's performance blew away DiCaprio's.
