    How is this any different?

Pac is on firm ground here defending the moral imperative.

The only difference, or the most prominent is that Ali, once he made the choice to take a stand .... stood. Pac started retracting as soon as the heat got turned up ...... so much for the Hero of Asia.

Pac didn't back out of anything. All he did was say that he never cited Leviticus. Which he didn't. That was inserted by the journalist to embellish the story.

But that doesn't even matter. The battle lines were drawn and Pac took a courageous ANTI-***** position and for that he deserves respect.

          Pac is a Real Man™

IMO Pacquiao's bravery and stance against gays clearly surpasses and is greater than Ali's stance...

              Hmmmm let's see:

A black man in a racist white America standing up against a manufactured war where hundreds of thousands of human beings are killed vs standing up against a Gay lifestyle where same *** couples are pleasuring each other.

Yeah, I can see your point ....

Ali = fear of getting killed by the Viet Cong

Pacquiao = sacrifices his entire life and career for the greater good

                no comparison

yeah but did ali have to deal with being banned from a mall?

you apparently have no idea what this kind of deprival does to a man.
