At the risk of flipper babies I wouldn't, but you can also win the genetic lottery with linebreeding. It is quite common in horses and dogs to line breed for superior traits. If they love each other that much, sure why not. Lots of historical figures married their first cousins and we still seem pretty normal as a society.
