About 38...I was in Israel about to fly home in 2 days and I hate being awake on long plane rides...so I got myself do tired that I passed out the moment I sat in my plane seat for 13 hours

When I flew to Japan in 2010, the flight is like 14 hours...I like being awake though so I can stuff my face as much as possible. Japanese airlines are generous with the drinks as well.


Longest I've been up is about 35 hours, no drugs involved, I was forced to stay up.
