So what? Every country has penalties for illegal immigration. Ironically the penalty for sneaking into Mexico illegally is a steep fine or jail term.

I have nothing against illegal immigrants but it's silly to hear people crying racism because they are getting justifiably punished for breaking the law.

Except for the part about Mexico becoming part of the U.S. We are in debt enough already without Mexico being part of the U.S. I can see it now, Mexico becomes part of the U.S and then the Mexicans will be crying that they don't have paved roads, that there is no running water in certain parts, that they want public schools and rec centers, etc. How much do you think it would cost America to bring Mexico up to American standards? Waaaay too much. Anyway, much of Mexicos land is useless with no economic prospects at all. We don't need more poor people getting handouts from our government, we have enough already..........Rockin'

Yeah but the vast amount of land, untapped natural resources, and workers willing to work for low wages would offset this. I'm thinking if we took over Mexico we could give the middle east the middle finger when it comes to oil.
