Maybe you need to adjust the settings?

Are you using the new Firefox? It's been known to have problems with Youtube and other sites. I had to downgrade back to 3.6 to view videos correctly again. With the new one there was a delay between the audio and video at the end and videos wouldn't load beyond what I was currently watching. It had to keep buffering when seeking.

maybe pez is right, sometimes new versions mess up, are you using the latest version? i haven't messed with firefox in a while. is this your personal pc? have you tried google chrome? that's what i use and it's great man, have had no problems with anything.

im using chrome now. i just got used to using firefox--- its been crashing alot and takes a long time to load (not responding)
