I agree with the red bar thing....we should agree who we like, and who we dislike, and for reasons that are better or worse for the board, not personal opinion. If they are in red, and we think they should stay, we blast them with blue, and for the people that are constant problems, blast them with red, and have rick review their posts, and send them off.
