You know when you stop boxing and start again you can't just pick up where you left off, it takes time to get back to where you were, it doesn't stay with you just because you learned it once.

yea but that was no were near my last sparring session though, and about four months ago i sparred for the **** of it, and was alot better...............

Very good sparring. I hope you're young because you have a LOT of potential. You have a lot of things to work on (which is GOOD, you can be 10x better), specifically some of your footwork and the left hook that you need to turn over just a LITTLE bit more, and more experience. You will be a very good fighter and the other guy is very good too.
