any film by Jose Mojica Marins Brazilian director from 70's--80's did alot of wild stuff most if not all was terribly bad but sorta entertaining

You can find just about all of these movies on Netflix.
I have to mention Martyrs as well! This movie had me feeling numb for a few days.
If you want total over the top, anything goes, gross out horror comedy then you want to watch the Feast trilogy. These movies go above and beyond and are totally unpredictable as far as who lives and who dies. Here is a sample of what you are in for from Feast 2 and I warn you, it is pretty disturbing...
