Just watched the movie "devil"

I watched the commercial and it said "Directed by M Knight Shyamalan" and I decided that I would be better off spending an hour and a half picking my toenails.

It's actually NOT directed by that douchebag. It's a "story from M Knight Shyamalan." Apparently he wrote the story, then someone else wrote the screen play and someone else directed it.

I haven't seen the movie, but I suspect that's the only reason some people say it's good. Shyamalan makes the worst fucking movies ever!

M Knight Shyamalan is like kryptonite to good films, hence my reticence to see it. The fact that it appears to be shot and set entirely in an elevator didn't help.

I thought it was great. It made me look forward to the rest of The Night Chronicles. M. Night should stick to writing supernatural movies.

very little happens in this movie and its not as unpredictable as many would have u believe...

i agree, it could have been way better but the hole movie was pretty much played in the dark, we could not really see anything when they turned the lights off which kinda killed it.

M Knight Shyamalan is shit. His films are shit. The Sixth Sense was alright but everything after that has been shit.

Agreed for the most part, Signs and Unbreakable wasn't bad either.
