    2 all my homies that been fired or BS reason!!!

    Happened this morning because I couldn't keep up with a wake up a 4:30 in the morning to catch a 5:50 bus to work to be there by 7 and work til 11, and have to walk all the way through the city to get back on campus because I go to college and then have school from 12 to 6.

    I couldn't keep up with my class my grades are troubling because in colllege YOU CANT GET BY WITHOUT STUDYING and my ass was lazy in high school and since Im sleeping all the time because im exhausted I couldn't study. I was a little late this morning and they booted me at work. **** EM!!!!

    Rolled up a nice ass blunt in the parking lot haha and still have enough left for a blunt and got a whole bottle of barcardi 151 to myself! That 75.5% P. Rican liqour MOTHA****A! Gonna be a good night!

    You do not even know brother,what i have been making my living doing for the last ten years is dead here in vegas ,and my only choices are to leave my hometown which i love or find something else,and i have been trying to find a different path here but it is hard when you have dedicated so much time to mastering a craft.

      If its not probationary period and you get fired for a lame ass reason then you can contest it and WILL win if its not a good reason.

            You do have RIGHTS when it comes to Job Relations and CAN sue if you are let go for a WEAK reason. G Dog knows people in job relations and you got alot more power as an employee than you think, just cuz your employer tells you that you cant do nothin dont beleive them

              You can use the grounds of discrimination if you are fired for a lame reason, that is if you are FIRED and not layed off



              At least if you layed off you can use those hours to Employment Insurance as when you are fired you cant

                I was late a few times and just couldn't show up a few times. But this been my schedule since starting college for 2 months. Ive worked their for two years and before this august I had never ever called off work except once two summers ago. It was obviously a schedule problem, they loved me as a worker. Could have been handled better. That had some nerve telling me work doesn't seem like a big priority, motha****er thats why I walked 5 miles to work.

                  You do NOT EVER...EVER EVER EVER EVER EVEEERRRRRRRRRRRRR ever come late and miss work. G Dog thought you said for B.S reasons thats why G Dog was bringin up that other stuff?? If you wanna keep a job you never come late or miss work. Being late and missing work and gettin fired for it is NOT a B.S reason...damn G Dog thought you meant get fired for NO reason at all where then you can use your rights and sue em too

                    i'm going through something similar except I have it a little easier then you. Going to work, and studying is no easy task. Sometimes I just want to sleep, and chill after a long ass day at work, but I have to keep at it.
