I think there are statistics out there saying that most millionairs today are self made.

meaning they DO deserve it.

For the most part, people who aren't rich hate the rich. But a lot of it has to do with the subliminal memes in TV programs and movies we've watched since we were kids depicting the rich as evil and conniving. Add to that growing up with modest means and it further reinforces the stereotype.

No, I despise rich people who explot other people to gain their wealth. However, those are more the fault of the system or coporation then a single person.

I don't think you can hate someone purely based on their financial situation, even if they have more money and a more comofortable lifestyle they are still just normal people with the same flaws and humanity as anyone else.
