Sorry for the capital letters, but I'm pretty worked up right now.
Raul had his hearing today for probation violation and I showed up as a character witness but it didn't go well.
These people had said that Raul was responsible for the ******** machines being there in the back of the pool hall and also said he was lying about working there since all he ever did was play pool and set up dates for people who came in to shoot pool or to buy the dirty ****zines upstairs. They couldn't prove any of the ******** or girl stuff, but busted him for being in violation of his house arrest since he wasn't officially on the Bank Cigar shop/pool hall payroll and the owner hadn't paid taxes on him or have a formal employment agreement with him.
I came to support Raul to keep him from getting sent back to prison and so did his Uncle Guillermo. But then Guillermo got arrested for public intoxication when he took the stand to read a statement and then the judge laughed at me and asked if I was serious when I read about how nice Raul was and how he was trying to teach me how to learn a trade by being a pimp but I just wasn't very good at it.
The judge laughed and asked me if I was for real and I said yes and then he got mad and said I might be in contempt of court and then I started to cry and the judge said Raul had to go back to the county jail to be placed in a prison for the remainder of his three-year sentence for racketeering and putting money in the laundry, which I didn't even know was illegal (I hope the judge doesn't find out about that 5 dollar bill that went through the wash in the back pocket of my Osh Kosh B Goshes that I forgot about when I was 15 and my mom yelled at me and said money doesn't grow on trees and stuff)
SO I'M ASKING YOU TO POST SOME COMMENTS ABOUT RAUL'S CHARACTER SO THAT MAYBE THE JUDGE WILL BROWSE THIS FORUM AND READ THEM AND RECONSIDER OR MAYBE I'LL PRINT THEM OUT AND TAKE THEM TO HIS CHAMBERS LATER NEXT WEEK. I HAVE TO GO TO THE COURT HOUSE ANYWAY TO PAY THE PET TAX ON MY DOG.
