I have a friend who lived in South Korea for a few years, Military. He said the way we have pool halls, bowling allies and theaters they have PC bars which is where the kids hang out.

You pay your money to rent a PC for X amount of time and play and hang out with friends. They also have internet that is literally 10x faster than what we have here in the States so no lag which has to be awesome.
