I hope they go out in style on this one, and he gets caught. He can escape and flee the country or something, as long as he gets caught.

At this point, it would be too unrealistic to see him escape everything and return to being a normal cop again.

I know they always do this in the final episode of every season, Dex is caught up in some fast pace action, nearly escapes and everything is alright. Not this time, or it's gonna lose it's flavor.
