Ummm, for a team that struggles on offense and scores at a higher % in fast breaks, it's a double edged sword.

If you've played NBA Live, you see that you have to sacrifice crashing the boards for the fast break. I assume that translates to the real game. Either keep em back to crash the boards or send them out on a break as soon as there's possession.
