I've never seen any case where a ******* loaded with 00buck placed in the mouth, pointing upward .... Fails - Never!!!!

If you want to do it cleanly - Then load up on pills, clean, painful and permanent.

If we talk clean I would say hanging yourself is pretty ''clean''. No burns, blood or meat all over.
