Do any people here get excess ear wax in their ears?

I do and fucking hate it. I've had to get it cleaned out by the doctor like two times in the past year now. The **** just builds up inside like a thick coat. Anybody else get this problem? Discuss.

I don't wash the inside of my ears while in the shower because I feel like it causes water to get in my ear. Another thing too, I find myself picking my nose in my ride because of the mirror. If I'm at home on my couch, I don't think nothing about it.

After that happened a couple of times he did bring a few Q Tips with him to school. But I remeber one time at lunch some earwax started to come out his ear and then he quickly put up his hand to wipe away the earwax, then felt the earwax with his fingers and then quickly put his hand in his pants pocket.

You just have to put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear and it will remove all the wax.
