Figured this would be a good place to get a good range of answers. For various reasons my sleep is ****ed up these days (check the marijuana thread, I think, if you want a bit more detail) and I'm trying to figure out how much other people need to get by. For me it seems like I feel worse when I get too much then when I get under what you're "supposed" to.
