    Wisdom Teeth

    Man these bastards are painful. I got one coming through my lower left gum.

    Anybody here had their wisdom teeth surgically removed?

      Yup, I got all four of mine pulled. Wasn't bad. Everyone reacts differently. I have two buddies who got theres out, they had no swelling and they were drinking a couple days later. Me? I looked like a chipmunk and both my cheeks became bruised.

        I got all 4 of mine removed. You are definitely out of it for a bit and cannot eat solid foods but I cruised on mashed potatoes, chocolate and banana milkshakes and recovered in about three days. compared to the pain its worth it if you have insurance.

          Lucky me, I only have half as many wisdom teeth as you guys.

                ive only had the top two removed... pretty ****ty experaince...

                they pulled them out(no surgery).... one was a clean pluck... (i had tons of anestheisa) the other was horrible... the tooth had three (roots ) instead of four... that tooth took like 20minutes of pulling... i was shtting bricks when the dentist was huffing and puffing... re griping the pliers, it ******...

                only thing that ****** was the bleeding... but i had ice packs in the car on the way home i iced the side of my face so as to keep the swelling down.. i was out drinking the next day no worries just you had to drink from a straw cause if you had liquids go near the exposed gums it started to bleed again...

                bottom 2 im going to get put out for surgery for sure...lol

                  Rub it on your gums a few times per day. Works a treat.
