            Agony Grant was talking **** about a few of my guys here at the gym, eventhou I usually don't get affected by online words, he got to me and he kept talking major ****. Hell I was even going to pay for his ticket to an event so we can settle **** in the ring or mat.

            Once I found out that he lived in Prince George, which is about a spit away from Alaska, and that the tickets cost was not worth me beating his ass I drop that idea. However I do not forget and the offer still stands, if I do see him or meet him again, We meet at the Canadian ADCC trails, I will drop his dome.

            That's all!

                      Carlao, while I'm thinkin of it; I was tellin one of my buds(he has fought in some MT bouts) about this proposed trip and I got to thinkin ... I don't know much about American Top Team, you or ... anything.

                      Who started it? Who are the members, how is it funded and who are the primary coaches, instructors, etc ...

                      Do you compete? Vulgar does from what I gather but is he any good or just a scrub?(just kiddin)

                      I know some guys have competed at the highest levels of submission stuff and also MMA stuff but I'm guessing you have guys competeing at all levels depending on their experience and all, from area evernts to state championships, etc ....

                      If you don't mind enlightening a noobish fan and all, I'd appreciate it.
