Greys have the cognitive ability of a 3-5 year old, depending on the bird, with the mental capacity of a 2-3 year old.

Zelda is about 3. She understands PERFECTLY what no means, yet will do it anyway in front of me until I threaten to put her in "time out"...lol!!

She'll tell me when she wants to go "goodnight" or "timeout" It's great!!
