I hit the gym, shave like 3 times a week, bath every day and make sure my **** in cleanly shaved for chicks.

Hygiene is inherent. Not sumthin you think about, it's just mando. Gotta look proper or work, gotta look proper for *****, and wanna look proper on principle.

I workout everyday.. Shave every 2-4 days(actually trim). Shower everyday. Dont do moisture unless im in a dry ass region im not use to. Use deoderant mostly. Always get prepped for my lady.

Hit the gym 5-6 days a week,
Jog everyday,
Eat well and look after myself
