Why is it we try to hide our addict tendencies? There's a shame associated with using alcohol or ******** or using tobacco, but why? If it's truly who we are, and it is, then why try to pretend the reality is different than it is? I think accepting who we are and exploring why it is so, that's the most healthy path forward.
