Zelensky has already said he won't agree to peace talks unless Russia completely withdraw from Ukraine. He wasn't interested in peace talks before, I doubt he'll want to make peace now, especially since he is still milking billions from the U.S. and NATO.

Senegal and Uganda support Russia. I don't see where all sides reach an agreement. Africa is being hit hard by the price of grain and other foods as a result of the war. Fuel as well. I suppose they all have a common interest to end the war, but if two countries are siding with Russia or making deals on the side, Zelensky won't agree to it.
