I don't think it'll do much good and North Korea would probably just sit it out if they were smart. If they jump in, South Korea will seize the moment. They're not doing too hot and losing a war would be the end of them 100%. During this covid thing, North Korea are letting villages literally starve to death instead of doing trades with China for rice and etc.
