If he was black this baseless case wouldn't have even gone to trial.. on the downside (for kyle) the media wouldn't have been able to smear him as a white supremacist if he was black.. so he wouldn't make bank off them.. unlike now

The same clowns hating on Kyle and still calling him a murderer insisted OJ and Ray Lewis were innocent based upon acquittals and lack of evidence. They still insist Tupac was innocent despite being found guilty of ****.

Take out the states and and vs laws that protect racism ,this had white privilege written all over it .
This kid went across state lines with no gun license ,a loaded AR and killed 2 people and wounded a 3rd.

thats intent, a minor with a loaded weapon and the crime of leaving the scene .

If this kids name was tyrone smith , he would have been executed on the street . If he somehow made it to court, they would have found a way to give him 20 plus years .
