Hey I have an idea... How about trading for some good offensive weapons to help your young QB?

Look at all the WRs that got traded or drafted and changed life for their QBs just recently.

And get an OC who's actually coached offense before in his life!!!

TB12 wasn't working with much.
How many 1000 yarders did he have (TBF, I'm not a NE fan) ?
IMHO, TB12 made the players around him better than they were (Welker, Edelman wasn't the same when they left ?)

If having weapons at your disposal was all it took, Winston, Stafford, Bree, Rivers, Rodgers, Carr should have more to show for them.
