Purple - SMH. I said once you make it into the playoffs, it doesn't matter if a team has a better record than you, you can still beat them. We have seen that many times.

TBF, this move shocked me too. Where did he come from and who did he steal that job from ?

There has never (at least not that I know of) a POC being turned away because of his color.

Why does anyone get a chance ?

Aaron Boone had no managerial experience and he led NYY to 2 div titles and 3 2nd places.
There a few who did OK with little to no managerial experience.

One day Asians and women will get a chance to be an NFL HC

You just asked alot of questions that are whole conversations unto themselves.

Im not on a social justice crusade and I dont think you are a bad guy.

Only 2 things that Im trying to get across here.

1. The coaches telling you they are behind the eight-ball when it comes to getting hired... are telling you the truth.

2. While life isnt fair and nothing is ever truly equal, hireing practices should be based on merit... as much as possible.

Other then that, **** yes, TNF's been atrocious. If we just werent so addicted... But hey, when its trash tell your girl that you're putting her in front of football for once. Thats what I did until she caught on years later.
