Seeing as United's record in it over the last few years is pretty good they must take it fairly seriously.. it doesn't mean much but then again i don't feel the FA cup feels like much either anymore.. teams don't take it that seriously either. Maybe because the big teams realize it will clog up the fixture list later on who knows.. even smaller clubs devalue it with reserve teams etc..

I'd take Rooney over Ronaldo, everytime, for a supposed top 5 player in the world, Ronaldo's influence and team play is woeful. Add to that his lack of bottle in the big games. Rooney has proven when given the spotlight he can score the goals, not just that but his influence on a game is just extraordinary, he's pretty much carrying Manure this season, without him they would not be in with a sniff of the title.

Right.. he lacked bottle when he tore Arsenal a new arse in the semis, scored a wonder goal vs Porto to get us out of a potentially sticky situation.. and scored vs Chelsea in the CL final.. I could go on. Its bull**** really people could argue the same about Rooney previous to this season also..

Ronaldo also pretty much carried Man United not last season so much (that was more the defense) but the season before he was turning draws/defeats into wins on his own. I'd take him over Rooney.

I'd also ship that piece of trailer park trash Berbatov off to some **** club who will pay alot like City. Another pathetic display by him, 30 million? your having a ****ing laugh. Saha was a far better buy then him at 10million!!
