Why did no one else even show in interest in him apart from Chelsea? Bizarre.

He's made a MASSIVE impact ever since he went back to Chelsea. They've finally got some steel built in the midfield to allow the flair and creativity up front to shine without worrying about being overrun on say, a counter attacl.

I'm honestly impressed. I thought Eto'o would struggle with the physicality of the PL coupled with his age but these past couple of games, he has been absolutely predatory. He may be old, he may have lost some of his pace but he has a deadeye for goal.

Luis Suarez is the best player in the PL by miles. FML he's a monster
