The whole league done a bad job season apart from Man U. But Man City had the best team and squad and it wasn't really that close and should have won it imo. I don't think Chelsea's squad is as strong as City's this season but it is at least comparable with City's in terms of depth in certain positions. Last season is head scratching. Firstly that Man U got so many points and secondly because Man City didn't even challenge. They could have and should have squashed everyone.
