I'm surprised he wasn't given a chance at Chelski.

So Manchester United on deadline day:

De Rossi bid rejected by Roma.
      Khedira bid rejected by Madrid.
      Herrera deal fell through.
      Fellaini brought for £27.5M.
      Coentrao loaned from Madrid.

This certainly was un-Manchester United like, not just on deadline day but throughout the window.

At the end of it I think it's been good business.

        Fellaini?

I dont think we are bringing in anything different to what we already have....

Or anything better I should say...

I hope not, seems as though Madrid may have had a last minute change of heart.

I'll have to ask Flicker who we should play as a false 9.

              Don't really care though.

Wilshere, Welsh Fabregas, Rosicky, Cazorla & Ozil :wank:
Idk, you lot don't use a false 9 concept.

Since you're the English expert, with all the mids Chelsea has acquired, who should we play in this "bunker" you were raving about?

If you can't see what he might bring different.. i don't know what to tell you..

The guy could be Man United's Yaya Toure..

                Massive threat from set plays..
                Can bully most players physically
                Good technique aswell..

We don't have anyone who is particuarly strong or physical in the middle.. Carrick?? Giggs??? Kagawa??

It's a good signing.. sick of supposed "man utd" fans ****ting on this move and moyes.. you guys don't have a clue.. the only issue is we paid 3 or 4m to much..

Madrid might not have got the left back they were after so are now gonna pretend the paper work wasnt done on time.. IF we get Coentrao that is a great move.. him and evra could play more advanced also.. he cost Mourhino 30m euros not long ago

                  From BBC SPORT:

"Confirmation from Manchester United that three men who reportedly attempted to negotiate a deal to sign Athletic Bilboa midfielder Ander Herrera were not acting on behalf of the Premier League champions and were, for want of another word, imposters.

"Reports in Spain claim three men dressed in black suits and claiming to be United "representatives" spent an hour at the La Liga offices attempting to negotiate a deal. The move collapsed at the 11th hour."

So who knows if that Herrera interest was even real..

I think the Kheidra bid may have been to test Everton.. it didn't seem to work well as we still paid loads.
